Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you and treated as authorised by you, unless you notify myr88c immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.
myr88c operates a mandatory KYC process. We may request identity verification at any point during the Account lifecycle, including but not limited to: initial registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, when suspicious activity is detected, or as required by applicable regulations. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (MyKad or Passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.
You must ensure that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and current. Name discrepancies between your Account details and your payment method details may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawal requests. myr88c accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following methods: FPX online banking, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost Wallet, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Bank, and major credit or debit cards. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC, converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit.
The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within seconds to minutes, depending on the payment method used. myr88c does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Verified Accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal processing within 15 minutes during standard operational hours.
myr88c reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed where a Player has not completed identity verification, where there are open wagering requirements on bonus funds, or where the Account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity.
All transactions on myr88c are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the market rate applicable at the time of confirmed receipt. myr88c bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal of cryptocurrency funds.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by myr88c are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general provisions set out in this Section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement") before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated at the point of claiming each promotion. For example, a x15 rollover requirement on a RM100 bonus means the Player must wager a cumulative total of RM1,500 before requesting a withdrawal.
While a Player holds an active bonus balance, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is RM300, unless a lower limit is specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while using bonus funds may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings, at myr88c's sole discretion.
Not all games contribute equally toward the satisfaction of a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo), and video poker games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports betting markets may have variable contribution rates specified per promotion. Games with 0% contribution cannot be used to meet wagering requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses and any associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. myr88c's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
